His career spans consulting, systems integration, software sales, and talent delivery, partnering with industry giants like Airbus, Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, Capgemini, Canoo, Unilever, Sony, JLR, Subsea7, and TOTAL. Today, Andrew leads a global team focused on connecting the Critical Thread, integrating PLM, MES, AI, and supply chain execution into a unified path from early requirements to aftermarket support. He specializes in helping organizations move from manual chaos to digitized workflows, stabilize multi-plant operations, and embed AI for better planning, traceability, and OEE.

Jack Adamson is a Senior Sales Representative with over 13 years of experience in CAD and CAE software tools, specializing in electromagnetics and structural applications. At CST, he supported the development of advanced guidance and antenna systems for aerospace leaders including Boeing, SpaceX, and Northrop Grumman. Jack is also a strong advocate for MODSIM (Modeling & Simulation) approaches, helping engineering teams integrate simulation earlier in the design cycle to accelerate innovation and reduce risk.

Jack Field is the CATIA Channel Sales Director for North America, with over 15 years of experience in engineering software, sales leadership, and strategic account management. He holds a B.S. in Applied Physics and Math from Michigan Technological University and has previously served in key roles at Ansys and as the Canada Territory Channel Manager. Jack works closely with Aerospace & Defense suppliers across North America, supporting both ongoing programs and next-generation projects. His deep technical background and channel expertise help organizations maximize the value of CATIA and integrated design solutions. Jack is also licensed for commercial fireworks and lives by the motto, “Be nice to people on the way up, as you may meet them on the way down.”

Jason Roberson is a Business Consultant Expert with the Dassault Systems Aerospace & Defense Industry. Dassault Systemes has a 40-year legacy of innovation in the aerospace industry that continues today with their introduction of “3D UNIV+RSES.” This 7th generation of representation of the world combines virtual twins, generative experiences, sense computing, and virtual companions to create the virtual twin of everything and virtualize entire ecosystems. Prior to joining Dassault Systemes in 2021, Jason served 25 years in the US Air Force, culminating as a Colonel and the Director of Space Forces for U.S. European Command & U.S. Africa Command. He has presented at multiple venues for space and defense in Europe, North America, and virtually while also publishing articles on space industry topics.
